Real estate is personal—and so is the way I do business. As a full-time Realtor®, military spouse, and St. Augustine local, I’ve built a reputation by serving friends, neighbors, and investor referrals with transparency, strategy, and care. I specialize in helping clients find income-generating properties in Northeast Florida’s short-term rental–friendly zones, with a focus on maximizing vacation home cash flow and long-term equity.
With over $15 million in closed sales in 2025, I’ve guided both new and seasoned investors through high-return purchases—from fully furnished Airbnbs near downtown St. Augustine to properties ideal for 1031 exchange. I stay up to date on local short-term rental regulations, zoning, and what makes a property profitable in today’s market.
As a proud Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I also understand the unique needs of military families. My personal experience as a military spouse allows me to expertly guide service members and veterans through the VA loan process and help them make smart, confident home purchases.
Whether you’re buying your first STR, relocating to the area, or listing an investment for top dollar, I’m here to help you make a move that works—for your life and your long-term goals.
Let’s talk about how I can help you succeed in today’s market.

Hi, I’m Jade Fay! I am a Northeast Florida Real Estate Agent serving St. Augustine, St. Johns County, and the surrounding areas. I’m a proud local mom of four, and helping families find the right place to call home is something I truly understand on a personal level.
Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially with contracts, timelines, and today’s ever-changing market. I’m known for being highly detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive, and my goal is to make the process clear, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. I take the time to explain each step, set realistic expectations, and advocate strongly for my clients’ best interests.
Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading to fit a growing family, selling, or investing, I approach every transaction with care, strategy, and transparency. My clients value my responsiveness, honesty, and commitment to seeing things through all the way to closing.
When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my husband and kids, enjoying the beach, exploring local parks and coffee shops, and making the most of everything Northeast Florida has to offer, which is exactly why I love helping others plant roots here. If you’re looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in your goals, I’d love to help.
